At HOMA2u we know that time is money and we work hard to make sure the items you buy reach you quickly,
as soon as you place your order.Please note for our delivery is to the ground floor or building threshold/entrance of the property only.

Delivery Destinations

Currently, we deliver to the following states in Malaysia:

• Kuala Lumpur
• Selangor
• Melaka
• Negeri Sembilan
• Putrajaya
• Johor Bahru

International Shipping

We're currently working on accepting orders from Singapore. If you are a Singaporean
customer, please get in touch with us to make an order.

Found an item on our site and like us to deliver it to you? We can arrange for delivery.

Email us at [email protected] or contact our customer support on WhatsApp. We will be happy to do a customized delivery to your address.

Delivery Speed

Delivery typically takes between 3 - 7 working days (Monday - Friday) for the Klang Valley
area and 7-14 working days for the outskirts area and other states. Depending on the
item size and your location, you will be notified of the expected delivery time and day.

Certain items on HOMA2u are shipped directly by our partners. As always, we will keep you
updated with the tracking details.

Items that are back-ordered (out of stock), will typically have a waiting period of 3 - 6 weeks before you receive them. You will find information on our site if an item or product is available as a backorder.

Product Returns & Exchange

We advise you to verify your items, as soon as they arrive. If for any reason, you received a
wrong or damaged item, we offer a product exchange within 3 days after delivery. Returned
items must be in their original packaging and not tampered with.
